Hitchin Lavender will be opening for the summer on 26th May. Fields of lavender and sunflowers, and a 17th century barn with a range of lunches, home made cakes and bunches of lavender for sale. Don’t forget the Perks and Llewellyn chemist’s shop display, transferred last year from the old Hitchin museum, and discover how pharmaceutical lavender was produced.
