An introduction to Hitchin’s past, this little guide was originally published jointly by Hitchin Historical Society, Hitchin Forum and Hitchin Initiative in 1997. Now in its 6th revision (2018, supported by Gatwards of Hitchin) it is obtainable from both the Society and the Hitchin Information office in Churchyard.
Now out of stock, but a reprint is under consideration.
