We have arranged the following meetings at Church House, Churchyard, Hitchin. All start as usual at 8pm.

- Thursday 28 October: The Hermitage, Hitchin and its Gardens – an illustrated talk by Bridget Howlett.
- Thursday 25 November: Place names, language change and the history of the Hitchin area – an illustrated talk by Keith Fitzpatrick-Matthews.
Please note: the meetings will take place in the usual format except that we will not, for the present, be providing tea, coffee and biscuits afterwards.
Please would all those attending sign, as usual, the Attendance Book. If you are using the NHS Covid-19 App, please also sign in using the QR code by the Attendance Book.
We have decided, after careful consideration, that there will be no December social meeting this year.

- Programme 2022
It is hoped that, from January 2022, a ‘more normal’ Programme will again be possible. The first Church House meeting for next year is scheduled for THURSDAY 27th JANUARY at 8.00 pm. Full details of the Programme for 2022 will be issued in the usual way with the January Newsletter.
