This year’s Christmas event took place at Church House on Thursday 1 December. Participants enjoyed an illustrated talk entitled “Snow Laughing Matter! – The Virtuous Victorian Christmas” given by Max Campbell, Assistant Curator at British Schools Museum. A seasonal drink and excellent buffet was enjoyed by all. A members’ raffle in aid of FEED UP WARM UP, and quiz completed the evening’s entertainment.
